My blog. Yep, finally made it. It was one of those things that I always meant to start but never thought I'd get around to making. Hopefully the layouts will get better when I no longer have to worry about the scripts simply working.

My first blog layout features Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, one of my favorite movies from 2002. I scanned it in from the movie book that my little sister so kindly bought for my birthday. =) I really adore Stitch, he's just about the most hilarious character in this movie, and so I thought he would fit perfectly on my blog. I made the background from scratch in Photoshop...overall the layout's not very complicated, but I exercised a lot of CSS in coding it so I was happy with how it came out.

This didn't come out quite like I originally pictured it. I picked the characters from Fruits Basket (but Kyou is the only one who I actually like) from my scan of a Hana to Yume furoku. I liked the positioning of the characters in front of their animal/onigiri counterparts, but that means this is a layout only other FB readers/watchers would understand. The colors don't match, and I experimented with changing the entire graphic to one shade and running other filters over them, but I finally decided to just go with the jumbled mix-up color. It's okay, because I like how Kyou and his cat's eyebrows match.

The adorable images are from Hana Kimi, scanned in from a notepad that i had. :) Not really much to say to the layout, although I think it's tons better than the FB layout because everything matches, mostly. The wallpaper is okay...nothing really outstanding though. I just like the pics of Sano & Mizuki.
